Salmon Burgers on Everything Bagels

These delicious salmon burgers on everything bagels can be served for a healthy and easy weeknight dinner, or even for a special weekend brunch!

To grind your salmon, run it through the coarse plate on an ice-cold meat grinder (leave the parts in the freezer for an hour before grinding), or alternatively, chop the salmon with a sharp knife or cleaver until it turns into a coarsely ground texture.

  • For the Burgers
  • 1.5 lbs ground salmon

  • ½ cup bread crumbs

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning or Harvesting Nature’s Wild Fish Blend

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 egg, whisked

  • 2 tbsp minced scallions

  • 4 ‘everything’ bagels, toasted

  • For the Toppings
  • Lettuce

  • Tomatoes

  • Red Onion

  • Mayo or tartar sauce


  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
  • Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  • Press or form the meat into thin patties
  • Place the patties on an oiled baking sheet
  • Put to patties in the oven and bake for 10 minutes
  • Carefully flip and bake for an additional 5 minutes
  • Remove and serve on toasted bagels with the toppings
