Harvesting Nature’s Top Quail and Dove Recipes

It’s time to get out there and knock down some of those notoriously fun-to-hunt birds. Though doves and quail have different types of meat (red and white respectively), their diminutive size means that they cook up in a similar fashion. That means that most dove and quail recipes can be used interchangeably. If you plan on cooking your birds whole, which we strongly recommend, try plucking them so you can enjoy them with the skin on. If you prefer to simply breast your birds, there are plenty of recipes available for you here as well!
